Gum DiseaseGum disease or (Periodontal Disease) is the most common cause of tooth loss. It is a silent disease in its early stage, with few signs and symptoms such as bleeding gums, bad breath and mild discomfort.

Other Signs could be associated with more advanced forms of Gum Disease such as movement of teeth, abscess and swelling of the gum with pus discharge.

RISK FACTORS :

Tooth WhiteningTooth whitening or bleaching is a routine procedure that could be done at our office or at home with our custom made trays .
Whitening should not be done in the presence of any oral infection, such as toothache and gum infection.
Tow types of professional whitening could be done at our office :
Custom Trays and take home kit ,or Zoom Bleaching.

Root Canal is the treatment of choice to save  teeth when decay or fracture has reached the nerve .Root canal is done usually in one visit under local anesthetics. Due to advancement in technology and dental materials most root canal treatment are done in one visit under local anesthetics .Certain teeth and condition might require multiple visits.
During the produce after achieving a proper level of anesthesia the dentist access the tooth and get to where the nerve is (which is called the pulp). Nerve ,lymph , blood vessels and other tissues removed and cleaned or irrigated the pulp is shaped then filled with inert sterile white material that will block the access of bacteria.

Most root canal teeth will need crown to  prevent teeth from breaking down.

Dental ImplantDental lmplant are great replacement option for missing tooth or multiple teeth. Also it’s the best more secure treatment to hold dentures in place without the need for the adhesives and relines.
Implants are made of titanium screws (same exact material to replace knee or hip) it has 3 parts:
1- Titanium implant screw that is surgically placed in the bone.
2- Abutment that will be placed over the implant after the healing of the bone.
3- Crown that will be seated over the abutment.

Replacing teeth with dental implants has very high success rate with great outcomes. The dental implant surgery is fairly easy and simple.

With the advancement in technology and science we are now able to replace full dentures with an implant retained bridge. Several implants will be used in this line of treatment to support the bridge that is made of zirconia or acrylics.

-Cracked or broken.
-Root Canal treated.
-Discolored with large fillings.
-Decayed Teeth that lost more than 50% of the crown size.
Crowns are made in two separate visits, sometimes It might requires more visits depending on the case.
In the First visit we prepare the teeth and take impression of the final preparation, followed by temporary crown fabrication.
At the Second visit we cement the porcelain crown using different types of cemen, proper hygiene including flossing is required for proper maintenance of the dental crown.
